Norseman Football made two new hires with the additions of Evan Lassiter and Richie Stammetti. Lassiter will be the Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Coach and Recruiting Coordinator while Stammetti will be coaching the Wide Receivers. 

Lassiter comes to NEO from Midland Lee High School in Midland, Texas where he was the assistant offensive line coach. Prior to Lee, Lassiter had previous stops at Dodge City Community College, Henderson State University and Coffeyville Community College. Lassiter is coming to NEO with experience in coaching every position on the offensive side of the ball as well as being a special teams coordinator. 
"I am beyond excited to join the rich tradition that is NEO Football" says Lassiter. "NEO is a prominent junior college and to be able to be a part of a program like this is surreal. My family and I are ready to insert ourselves into this program and community to help anyway we can to continue to improve the experience of anyone involved with NEO." 

Stammetti comes to NEO from Coffeyville Community College where he coached the quarterbacks and wide receivers. In his lone season with Coffeyville, Stammetti was a part of an offense that made a semi-final appearance in the NJCAA playoffs. "Everyone knows the NEO logo and when you get to work at a place like this, where everything is first class, it is hard to turn down. I am pumped to join and become a part of the Norsemen tradition" says Stammetti. 

About the hires, Head Coach Zach Crissup said, "Both guys are up and coming, bright coaches that bring energy to the office every day. Lassiter was a guy that came highly recommended from a lot of coaches in the profession. He is very detailed oriented and will be able to help us on and off the field to make us better. Stammetti has a great demeanor as an up-and-coming coach and is consistently pushing himself to improve in all facets of football. NEO Football has gotten better, and we look forward to keep moving in a positive direction."
